- Ed drives the operational progress of NFP’s business segments (Property and Casualty, Benefits and Life, and Wealth and Retirement).
- He was the lead architect in transforming the company’s outstanding corporate benefits businesses into a diverse and cohesive unit delivering an array of solutions to NFP’s clients.
- Ed efficiently aligns people, services, and products across all regions, enabling NFP advisors to exceed client expectations with innovative offerings and a consistent, highly personalized experience.
- Jared serves as senior vice president and head of Operations and Finance for NFP’s Property and Casualty division.
- Jared joined NFP in 2006 and has served in several operational roles within all NFP’s business line segments.
- Jared leads the coordination between NFP P&C’s national platforms and its regional offices focusing on deploying core operational initiatives that generate efficiencies and organic growth for the unit.
- He oversees budgeting, forecasting, integration of new acquisitions and recruitment for the Property and Casualty division.

Henry is the executive vice president of the Property and Casualty division at NFP and is responsible for managing P&C operations and resources across the company, working alongside our regional and platform leaders to build and elevate a world-class P&C business.

Henry’s insights are invaluable to the strategic planning process, helping to construct strategies to leverage NFP’s increasing scale in P&C to build a better business while positioning NFP to become a premier broker as distribution models continue to evolve.
Managing Director, National Practice Leader, Personal Risk, Property and Casualty, Individual Solutions
- Brett leads NFP’s Private Client Group, a team focused on personal lines insurance that specializes in risk management services for successful individuals and families.
- His coverage expertise ranges from homeowners and automobile insurance to specialty lines, such as coverage for yachts, aircraft, fine art and collector vehicles.
- Brett maintains strong relationship across insurance markets to support client needs across the United States.
- Tom leads NFP’s specialty managing general agent (MGA) and managing general underwriter (MGU) business.
- He aligns expertise and capabilities that meet the specialized needs of clients and drive growth across NFP’s expanding specialty businesses.
- MGA/MGU programs include auto services, equity protection and lenders risk, medical malpractice and medical devices, EverGuard (restaurants, pubs, casinos), and outdoor recreation.
- Dan is a managing director and member of the executive committee for NFP’s Property and Casualty division and plays an active role in NFP’s merger and acquisition activity.
- Prior to joining NFP in 2014, Dan was the president and CEO of Poulos Insurance Incorporated (from 2001 to 2014), overseeing 25 locations across New England.
- Dan was on the board of the Vermont Independent Agents Association from 2009 to 2018, serving as its president.
- He has served on advisory councils for Berkley Group, Maine Mutual, Acadia, Liberty Mutual and Allstate since 2001.
- Matt leads the Management and Professional Liability (MPL) Practice of NFP with over 25 years of experience.
- Matt has advised clients on insurance coverage issues involving mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies, major claims, IPOs and many other high-risk exposures.
- Matt has extensive experience in the Fortune 1000 account space and is a recognized expert in D&O liability risk and mitigation.
- Charlie oversees production in NFP’s Northeast region, specializing in risk management and commercial property and casualty insurance.
- He is a past chairman of the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers.
- Charlie has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds insurance and consulting licenses in all 50 states for all lines of coverage.
- He has been actively involved in countless civic and nonprofit organizations and currently serves on the boards of Mizzentop Day School, Pawling Resource Center and Astor Home for Children.
Courtney Maugé is the cyber practice leader of NFP’s National Cyber Practice Group and the primary liaison between cyber insurers and US commercial clients. She also holds responsibility for developing an exceptional service model for all NFP cyber clients and continued cyber education. Courtney’s remarkable career has spanned data and privacy law, risk identification, policy wording review and complex negotiations. Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University. She has also earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law.
